Mastermind Kids Book Club Rules

Welcome to the Mastermind Kids Book Club! To ensure a fun, safe, and respectful environment where everyone can learn and grow together, we’ve created some important rules to follow. These rules are here to help us all stay safe, show respect to one another, and make the most out of our time in the club. 🌟

  • Safety First! Always keep your camera on during Zoom meetings so everyone knows who’s in the meeting. This helps us ensure a safe space for all members.

  • Respect Everyone Be kind, polite, and supportive of your fellow club members. We’re all here to learn and grow together, so let’s make sure everyone feels welcome and valued.

  • Listen and Share When someone is speaking, listen carefully and wait for your turn to share. We want everyone to have a chance to contribute their thoughts and ideas.

  • No Personal Info Sharing For your safety, never share personal information (like your address, phone number, or school) in the club. If you’re unsure about something, always check with your parents first.

  • Stay On Topic During our book discussions, try to stay focused on the topic at hand. This helps us all learn more and have meaningful conversations.

  • Be Open-Minded We’re all here to learn from each other, so be open to new ideas and perspectives. Everyone’s opinion matters!

  • Encourage Each Other Cheer on your fellow club members and celebrate their successes. We’re all on this journey together, and a little encouragement goes a long way.

  • Ask Questions If you don’t understand something, don’t be afraid to ask questions. This is a learning club, and asking questions helps everyone grow.

  • Respect Privacy What happens in the club stays in the club! Please respect everyone’s privacy and don’t share what others say in meetings outside of the club without their permission.

  • Have Fun! Most importantly, enjoy yourself! This club is all about learning, growing, and having a great time with friends. Let’s make it a fun and exciting place for everyone! 🎉📚

Welcome to the Mastermind Kids Book Club—a vibrant community created by kids, for kids! 🌟 Our club is all about sparking a love for learning, fostering positive habits, and building lifelong skills that will give our members a dynamic edge as they grow.

Founded and led by young readers aged 11 to 15, this club is a space where kids can connect, collaborate, and share their thoughts on the incredible books we’re exploring together. We focus on reading books that inspire personal growth, teach valuable life lessons, and help develop habits and techniques that will serve our members well into adulthood.

While our club is all about kids leading the way, safety is our number one priority. That’s why we have adult supervision during all activities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. During our Zoom meetings, we require all members to keep their cameras on so everyone can see who’s in the meeting—this helps us create a secure space where everyone feels comfortable.

We also want to remind our members to never share personal information in open forums and to always check with their parents before sharing anything personal with their club friends. The safety and well-being of our members come first, and we’re here to make sure that every kid can enjoy the club safely.
